Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated to lead the development and enhancement of our Fixed Income Reference Data The ideal candidate needs to possess deep expertise in fixed income markets and data management with the ability to translate market needs into innovative scalable product offerings This role requires a blend of strategic thinking strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams Key Responsibilities Product Strategy Roadmap Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Fixed Income Reference Data products Stay informed about market trends bond documents and client needs to identify opportunities for innovation and growth Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value and customer feedback Identify gaps in the current product suite and propose solutions to address them Product Development Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with engineering data and design teams to develop and deliver high-quality products and features Define clear product requirements including data attributes coverage and delivery formats Ensure timely delivery of products that meet performance and quality standards Oversee the quality and accuracy of fixed income reference data ensuring it complies with industry and regulatory standards Work with data providers and internal teams to enhance data integrity and coverage Engage with clients to gather feedback validate use cases and ensure alignment with their needs Reporting Metrics Define and track key performance indicators KPIs to measure product success and user satisfaction Provide regular updates to senior management on product performance market positioning and revenue growth Regulatory Knowledge Stay updated on global regulations impacting fixed income markets e g MiFID II Basel III Ensure that the product complies with all relevant regulatory requirements Key Skills Expertise in fixed income markets securities and reference data attributes e g identifiers ratings maturities Fixed Income specialist with a focus on Governments and Corporate bonds reference data modelling with expertise in Fixed income regulations Green Social Sustainability Bond research and market conventions Monitor Market Developments Debt Crisis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to define clear product requirements and prioritize features effectively Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with product lifecycle management tools and data platforms e g Bloomberg Refinitiv FactSet Familiarity with APIs data integration and cloud-based delivery models is a plus Key Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Finance Business Administration Data Science or a related field Master s degree preferred Experience Proven experience in product management specifically in fixed income markets or financial data products Strong understanding of fixed income instruments pricing analytics and reference data Certifications CFA FRM or relevant certifications are a plus
