**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote services.
- Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries professionally.
- Provide detailed information about our services and resolve customer doubts.
- Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
- Follow up with prospects and close sales or schedule appointments.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in the local language; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is preferred.
