Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with site teams to plan, schedule, and monitor drilling and workover activities across multiple rigs.
- Act as a liaison between field operations and management, ensuring seamless communication.
- Prepare and circulate periodic progress reports, including operation hours, breakdowns, and HSD consumption, to stakeholders.
- Collect and analyse data from rigs, such as ILM hours, HSD and LUBE consumption, and equipment performance.
- Update dashboards and MIS reports regularly for tracking performance metrics.
- Assist in coordinating with vendors for repair, maintenance, and timely delivery of equipment or components.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of materials sent for repair.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across sites.
- Identify operational challenges and coordinate with respective teams for resolution.
- Act proactively to minimize downtime and inefficiencies at sites.
- May require visits to sites during commissioning or in emergencies, so be prepared for travel as needed.
- Prepare and maintain proper documents, such as OEM manuals and data sheets, in both hard copy and soft copy formats.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
