Job Summary:

- We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support existing product development and assist product leads. Additionally, you will manage our in-house website, communicate with clients about our e-commerce services, gather requirements from overseas clients, and handle invoice processing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Break down projects into actionable tasks with set timeframes.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Ensure clients’ needs are met as projects progress.
- Help prepare budgets and analyze risks and opportunities.
- Monitor project progress and handle any arising issues.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Work with the Project Manager to remove obstacles.
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
- Issue necessary legal paperwork (e.g., contracts and terms of agreement).
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure standards and requirements are met.
- Manage project-related administrative and bookkeeping tasks, such as invoices and purchase orders.
- Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure timely completion.
- Help project managers monitor team performance and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Schedule stakeholder meetings, document discussions, and generate reports.
- Foster collaboration within the team to complete project tasks and deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
- Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
- Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience with any project management tools.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
