We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Industrial Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and support the management of industrial projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of industrial projects
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information
- Act as the primary point of contact between project teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short
- and long-term goals
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
- Manage procurement of materials and supplies as required for the project
- Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact project timelines and objectives
- Support project managers in managing budgets and financial tracking
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress and adherence to timelines

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in an industrial setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
- Knowledge of industrial processes, equipment, and materials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel to job sites as needed

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
