**Title: Solar Project Coordinator**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning and Execution**:Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets for solar energy installations, considering technical feasibility and resource availability. Coordinate project activities, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

**Stakeholder Coordination**: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams, to facilitate communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Liaise with external stakeholders, such as government agencies, regulatory bodies ,landowners, and local communities, to obtain permits, approvals, and land access rights as required.

**Resource Management**:Coordinate human and material resources to support project implementation, including manpower allocation, equipment procurement, and logístical support. Monitor resource utilization and identify opportunities to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

**Quality Assurance and Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations governing solar energy projects. Implement quality assurance processes to uphold project quality and safety standards, conducting regular inspections and audits as necessary.

**Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondence, in compliance with record-keeping requirements. Prepare progress reports, status updates, and other project-related documentation for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, milestones, and issues.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
