**Responsibilities**:

- 2+ years' experience as an Project Coordinator/ SEPG Executive with hands-on experience in IT quality assurance to ensure that the project is delivered on time with proper compliance.
- Creating, Manintaining, and Monitoring Project plans, Project schedules, and work hours.
- Internal Auditing, reviewing the projects, checking if the delivery team is following the process, identifing gaps, identifing gaps, identifying risks, preparing reports, and presneting them to management.
- Must have worked on project collaboration tools
- JIRA, Monday, Trello, Asana, Etc.
- AGILE development methodology execution, sprint-vise delivery monitoring ith SCRUM meetings etc.
- Energize teams in maintaing process discipline, quality standards, and metrics and keeping them motivated.
- Conducting training sessions for the project teams to ensure smooth implementation of the process and proces imprvements.
- Should be able to define processes, metrics and templates, procedures for the organization as per the business requirements and in conformance with ISO/CMMI requirements and insitutionalize the same across the organisation
