**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist project managers in planning and scheduling project activities, tasks, and milestones.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and status updates.
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and report them promptly.
Facilitate communication across departments to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and project-related reports for stakeholders.
Support in budget tracking, resource allocation, and procurement for project needs.
Organize project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and project guidelines.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management support.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and Proactive in taking initiative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Napkin).
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Notion) is a plus.
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
