- ** Design Coordination**:

- Coordinate MEP design activities, ensuring alignment with the project’s scope, timelines, and specifications.
- Review MEP design documents (drawings, calculations, and specifications) for compliance with project requirements.
- Ensure MEP designs are integrated properly with architectural and structural designs.
- ** Communication & Collaboration**:

- Act as the primary liaison between the design team, Client and other project stakeholders.
- Organize and attend design coordination meetings, site meetings, and progress reviews.
- Ensure effective communication between all parties to resolve design issues promptly.
- ** Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of design approvals, revisions, and correspondence.
- Prepare regular progress reports on the status of the MEP design and construction.

**Qualifications**
- ** Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications in MEP systems or construction management (preferred).

**Additional Information**
- ** Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP design coordination or a similar role in large-scale construction projects.
- Proven experience in coordinating MEP design and installations on-site.
- Hands-on experience in site coordination, construction drawings, and design issues resolution.
- ** Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
- Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
