As a Policies and Standards Coordinator at HR Power Pak, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, enforcement, and monitoring of organizational policies, procedures, and standards. You will collaborate closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure that policies are effectively communicated, understood, and followed throughout the organization.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Developing and implementing processes and procedures for the enforcement of organizational policies, standards, and codes of conduct.
- Collaborating with department heads, legal counsel, and compliance officers to review and update policies in response to changes in regulations, industry standards, and business needs.
- Providing guidance and training to employees on policy requirements, expectations, and consequences for non-compliance.
- Investigating reports of policy violations or breaches of standards, documenting findings, and recommending appropriate corrective actions or disciplinary measures.
- Serving as a resource and point of contact for employees seeking clarification or guidance on policy-related matters.
- Monitoring compliance with policies and standards through audits, inspections, and regular reviews of documentation and records.
- Collaborating with internal audit teams and external partners to ensure that policies and standards align with audit requirements and recommendations.
- Maintaining accurate records of policy enforcement activities, including investigation reports, disciplinary actions, and outcomes.
- Analyzing trends and patterns in policy violations and compliance issues to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement.
- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders on policy enforcement activities and compliance status.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Compliance, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in policy enforcement, compliance, investigations, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting a culture of integrity and accountability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
