
B2b Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and onboard new dealers, retailers, and distributors in assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and business partners
- Achieve sales targets through effective channel management and regular follow-ups
- Provide training and product knowledge to dealers and their staff
- Monitor dealer performance and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams (inventory, logistics, marketing) for smooth order execution
- Collect market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, and trends
- Execute local promotional activities, roadshows, and customer engagement programs
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and territory feedback regularly
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in B2B or dealer sales (automobile/two-wheeler aftermarket preferred)
- Good understanding of dealer/channel sales models
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and report generation
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license is a must
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with Super Bike accessories.
- Local market knowledge and existing dealer contacts
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
