**Job Title**: B2B Sales Executive
**Salary**: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month _(including travel expenses)_
**Experience**: Open to all experience levels
**Travel Requirement**: 15-20 days per month
**Languages Required**: Kannada & English
**Location**: Bangalore and Hyderabad
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across assigned regions.
- Conduct client visits and product presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs as assigned by the management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Collect market intelligence and feedback to support strategy development.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and client feedback.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Kannada and English (both spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel 15-20 days per month across regions.
- Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented approach.
- Good presentation skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or CRM tools is a plus.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
