**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identify potential clients in the restaurant, bakery, and food service industries. Conduct cold calls, site visits, and meetings to introduce our packaging solutions.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify market trends and customer needs to tailor sales approaches.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about our product offerings and industry trends. Provide clients with detailed information about our packaging solutions and their benefits.
- **Field Sales**: Conduct regular field visits to meet with clients and prospects. Demonstrate products, provide samples, and offer customized packaging solutions.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback. Use CRM tools to manage and document sales activities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other teams to ensure alignment in promotional activities and new product launches.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the food supply or related industry. Field sales experience is essential.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
