As a Real Estate Sales Executive you will be responsible for:
- Prospecting and generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
- Conducting property tours and providing information to potential buyers or renters.
- Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Negotiating and closing sales contracts in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a database of clients and properties for sale or rent.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth transactions and excellent customer service.
- Staying updated on real estate trends, regulations, and best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree
