**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic **Major Account Executive** to manage and grow relationships with high-value clients. This role is ideal for a professional with **2+ years of B2B sales experience**, particularly in handling large accounts within the IT solutions or services space. You will be responsible for understanding the complex needs of enterprise customers, delivering tailored solutions, and driving long-term value through sustained partnerships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Enterprise Account Management**: Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers in major client accounts.
- **Solution Selling**: Understand client infrastructure requirements and position suitable IT hardware, cloud, and support offerings.
- **Strategic Growth**: Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to grow business share.
- **Sales Cycle Ownership**: Lead the end-to-end sales process—from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closure.
- **Client Retention**: Ensure ongoing satisfaction through proactive engagement, regular reviews, and value-driven service delivery.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Coordinate with technical, operations, and service teams to ensure client expectations are consistently met.
- **Reporting & Forecasting**: Maintain accurate account data, pipeline forecasts, and performance reports for senior management.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on enterprise accounts or high-value customers, ideally in the IT industry.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Proven ability to manage and grow large enterprise accounts
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of IT hardware, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise tech ecosystems
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
