**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands and minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- Conduct regular stock audits, reconciling physical stock with system records, and investigating discrepancies.
- Implement effective inventory control procedures, including cycle counting, stock rotation, and demand forecasting, to maximize inventory accuracy and minimize carrying costs.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely replenishment of stock and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring proper handling and minimizing product damage or loss.
- Perform regular analysis of inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make data-driven decisions to improve inventory management processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve any inventory-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner, working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, managing communication, and negotiating terms to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in inventory management and supply chain operations, implementing relevant improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in inventory management or supply chain management, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, perform quantitative analysis, and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory tracking.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices is desirable.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
