Job Title: Procurement & Inventory Executive

Location: Perungulathur, Chennai

Work Mode: Work from Office

Work Days: 6 days/week

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Procurement & Inventory Executive to handle purchasing activities and manage day-to-day inventory operations. The role requires strong coordination, planning, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end procurement: vendor coordination, quotations, purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock updates.
  • Monitor stock levels, reorder materials, and prevent shortages.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain documentation.
  • Track deliveries, shipments, and ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Maintain database of suppliers and evaluate vendor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in procurement, inventory, or supply chain roles (preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and basic ERP/Inventory systems.
  • Ability to multitask and meet timelines.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
