**ABOUT ORGANISATION**:
Dvara E-Registry (DER) is an Agri-Tech company based in Hyderabad that is dedicated to building a digital platform. This platform aims to provide all stakeholders in the agri-value chain, especially smallholder farmers, with access to structured financial products and agricultural markets.

Our digital solutions are designed to assist Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) in connecting with farmers and delivering services digitally. The technology and analytics employed by DER generate precise data points for FPOs, enabling them to make informed decisions. These decisions encompass activities such as linking inputs to markets, providing advisory services, and offering lending services.

Dvara E-Registry is currently collaborating with over 200 FPOs, supporting them with a digital platform for market and financial linkages. Our operations span across 12 states, and we have recently extended our support to Fish FPOs in Uttarakhand.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES**:

- Responsible for managing business and operations related to supporting existing Fish FPOs.
- Take complete ownership of the process, formation of fish FPO, and and supporting existing Fish FPOs, their compliances, documentation, and necessary MIS.
- Farmer orientation and awareness program for business and operations of FPOs.
- Understanding fisheries value chain from end to end and look for opportunities in backward and forward market linkages.
- Prepare business plan and execution.
- Explore new interventions in the Fisheries sector and promote sustainable practices for Fisheries.
- Liaison with board of Fish FPOs, companies involved in fisheries value chain and government officials.
- Should have good knowledge of fisheries sector, practices, and new interventions, able to build relationships.
- Take up new assignments as and when offered by the company.
- Adherence to company Standards.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**:
**Educational Qualifications**:

- Graduation in Fisheries or Agriculture and allied

**Experience**:

- Fresher to 2 years of work experience.

**Skills and Competencies Required**:

- Willingness to work in a start-up environment.
- Must be competent to learn and adapt to changing technical environment.
- Ability to meet targets.
- Detail and process oriented.
- Self-starter and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and relationship development skills.
- Should open to frequent travel within the state.
- Excellent in MS Office products especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task.
