**Skills & Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, or a related field- At least 5 years of experience in procurement, marketing or administration, ideally in a non-profit or NGO setting- A passion for sustainable procurement, with a strong understanding of practices that minimize waste and environmental impact- Proven experience in vendor management, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and relationship-building- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Familiarity with procurement software, Google Sheets and database management tools
- Strong communication skills to interact with internal team and external stakeholders

**Key Responsibilities**- Bringing positivity and smiles to work- Assist in the management of a full procurement cycle—sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, and supplier onboarding—with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.- Build and nurture long-term relationships with vendors, ensuring that they align with our values and can meet our sustainability goals.- Monitor market trends and conduct vendor evaluations to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality products.- Work alongside our finance and operations teams to ensure smooth and transparent procurement processes that align with the organization’s budget and goals.- Champion sustainable procurement practices by prioritizing eco-friendly and ethically sourced products and services that align with our mission.- Seek out solutions that reduce waste, minimize environmental impact, and promote long-term sustainability in all our purchases.- Provide administrative support and travel assistance to other departments- Integration of IT for improvement and efficient vendor management- Assist in managing civil work projects, including construction, renovations, and infrastructure development, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
