Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the environment? We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Associate to join our finance team.

In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring financial records are maintained accurately. You’ll play a vital role in the smooth financial functioning of our projects, contributing to the sustainability of our mission.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field- 2-3 years of work experience and familiarity with accounting software Tally, Google Sheets and MS Excel- Knowledge of TDS, GST and IT rules- Strong communication skills to interact with the internal team and external stakeholders
- Positive attitude with the willingness to learn and grow within the organization

**Key Responsibilities**- Bringing positivity and smiles to work- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including receipts, payments, and bank transactions- Process invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring that all entries are recorded correctly and in a timely manner- Assist in reconciling petty cash, ensuring proper documentation and approval for all transactions- Organize and maintain financial documents and files for easy access and audit purposes- Ensure all financial transactions are supported by appropriate documentation (invoices, receipts, contracts, etc.).- Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll by ensuring proper documentation of salary records, deductions, and allowances
- Assist in the processing of payments, advance payments reconciliation and uploading data in the online portal
- Uploading payments on the online banking system
- Bills & contract filing and tracking outgoing & incoming letters
