**Job description** "Kheoni" is a sustainability-led start-up, born out of a need to plant and sustain a forest, Keshar Parvat (now a biodiversity-awarded site in central India). This involved planting 35000 trees over a barren hill in the last 7 years. We're looking for individuals who can bring their creativity and skills to the startup environment and work with a sense of ownership in their roles. **ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES** Lead our flagship store as the Store Manager/Retail Associate for our renowned sustainable brand. Ø Vibrant & enthusiastic individuals with a hunger for sales Ø Strong communication skills in English & Hindi Ø Flair for storytelling and not shy away from approaching customers in the vicinity Ø Prior experience dealing with retail high-end skincare brands preferred (Body Shop / Kama) Ø Flexibility to work in shifts (Day / Night / Rotational) Needs: Ø Step outside the store and approach the customers Ø Take the initiative to distribute pamphlets / vouchers in order to market & attract the customers to the brand. **Responsibilities**: Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience while upholding the brand's commitment to sustainability. Visual Merchandising: Implement visually appealing and sustainable store displays that showcase our eco-friendly products and reinforce the brand's values. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing expert knowledge on sustainable practice creating a customer-centric environment. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, collaborating with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability and keeping accounts. Sales and Targets: Drive sales performance, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals while promoting the brand's sustainable ethos.
