Responsibilities:1. Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

2. Understand customer needs and provide expert advice on product selection.

3. Maintain a deep knowledge of the products available in the showroom.

4. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.

5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.

6. Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.

7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the showroom.

8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings.

9. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the showroom to create an attractive shopping environment.

10. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within a sanitary or home improvement setting.

2. Well-educated with at least a Graduate or equivalent qualification.

3. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (both written and verbal).

4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

5. Proficient computer skills including experience with point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
