**Systems Administrator**, reporting to the Enterprise IT Manager, will work with the Business Systems team in all phases of the operations life-cycle, including requirements gathering, implementation and training, and routine ongoing maintenance and support to our entire staff. Additionally, the
**Systems Administrator** will assist in the support and maintenance of key IT Operations Infrastructure systems to sustain the overall health of the IT organization.

The
**Systems Administrator** will also work with internal discipline leadership, process owners, and various service delivery groups. They will collaborate with diverse and technically-proficient workforce in a professional and courteous manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Log and track identified system problems through resolution;
- Maintain and ensure comprehensive inventory of assets and software licenses;
- Deploy and maintain assets through device management, software deployment, and patches/anti-virus;
- Ensure business continuity and security across all systems supporting the internal IT operations, including but not limited to, Cisco Meraki, Google Apps, Okta SSO, Active Directory, device management, and data loss prevention;
- Interface with cross-functional team members to capture business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions;
- Ensure employee enablement continuity, throughout the systems lifecycle;
- Provide high-level employee satisfaction for all engagements, including all priority cases and enhancements;

**Qualifications**:

- Windows Systems Administrator experience desired;
- Virtual & cloud technology experience (VMWare, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure) required;
- Cisco Networking experience desired;
- Experience in supporting Google Apps (G Suite), Cisco Meraki, Microsoft Office 365, Windows & Mac/iOS, Android;
- Basic knowledge in scripting and Web Technologies (JavaScript, XML, CSS/HTML, AJAX, SQL, Apex);
- Cisco VOIP and Telepresence experience preferred;
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle process, including requirement analysis, quality assurance, design, scheduling, implementation, issue tracking, version control and deployment;
- Ability to socialize ideas, make recommendations, and gather team consensus to solve problems;
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field;
- Understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management concepts, security & compliance, and business continuity;
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a close attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects;
