**Position Overview**

We are looking for a System Administrator-L2 to work in a dynamic environment, providing direct support to our internal teammates. You'll have the opportunity to utilize your technical skills and continue to learn new ones as a team member.

The System Administrator-L2 performs the installation, modification, repair, testing, and servicing of systems and communications equipment, including, but not limited to, hardware and peripherals; software configuration; voice, video, and data conferencing devices. The incumbent will provide service to internal Insight teammates, providing the highest level of client satisfaction. As well

As a member of the End User Computing team, you will be required to perform the following responsibilities:

- Lead and train a team of technical personnel.
- Create technical documentation and walkthroughs.
- Support teammates in person and remotely
- Provide white-glove support to the executive team.
- Implementation and leading several IT projects
- IT liaison for HR, Facilities, and other departments
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user PC Software and Hardware issues (Windows and Mac OS X)
- Inventory management and equipment disposal
- Educate and set up new and existing teammates' hardware and software
- Troubleshoot Android and iOS devices
- Point of contact when it comes to technical escalations
- Troubleshoot and support all audio and video conferencing communication technology.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Strong experience with Windows operating systems (Win10, Win11)
- Knowledge and experience with Mac OS (All versions)
- Above-average communication and documentation skills. Strong experience with PC hardware/software environment
- Strong experience with Android and iOS mobile device support
- Good knowledge about DNS/DHCP and VPN.
- Strong experience in M365/O365 administration.
- Strong experience in MS Azure cloud
- Azure AD, MS Intune, MS AVD.
- Knowledge of Cyber security
- Antivirus, MS defender, log monitoring access control management.
- Experience with databases, patch management, and networks including LAN and WAN.
- Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users.
- Troubleshooting system and server errors.
- Monitoring system performance/Capacity management
- System and server upgrades.
- Experience configuring or troubleshooting conference room equipment
- Experience with project management
- Ability to research and provide solutions to complex technical issues
- Ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills. Able to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints in a timely fashion.
- Understanding of and ability to work in a large corporate environment and protocol are required
- Understanding of the computer imaging process
- Understanding Networking topology
- Should be willing to work in 24*7 shifts.

**Required Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in Desktop and End-user support in the IT field or a related field with a strong background in operating systems, desktop hardware, and peripheral support

**Physical Demands**
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard, reach, stoop, and kneel.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus due to computer work.
- Moderate to heavy lifting is required.
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
