APEX Analytix works as a trusted advisor to clients in virtually every country in the world. P2P leaders across the world’s largest companies use APEX Analytix supplier portal software; controls, audit and analytics software; and recovery audit services in virtually every country to produce billions in documented savings and income each year.

APEX is looking for the right individual to join our Systems Support team in the role of Senior System Administrator. The individual will be based in India.

The Senior System Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research, development & support to enable smooth infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, users and clients.

**Technical skills**:

- Managing multi forest / domain AD environment.
- Working experience on File & print, WSUS server.
- Working experience on Azure.
- Working experience on Radius server, AD connect, Exchange, ADFS.
- Hands on experience on RAID, clustering, server & network load balancing.
- Working experience on FTP & Anti-Virus, DFS, DNS & DHCP server.
- Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
- Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.
- Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
- Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
- Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
- Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment.
- Engineering of SA-related solutions for various project and operational needs.
- Provide Tier III/other support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
- Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
- Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks.
- Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.

**Operations & Support**:

- Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
- Resolve issues pertaining to AD, File & User Permissions, DNS, DHCP, Server Issues, OS installation, Patch Installation.
- Provide Tier III/other support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
