Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Salary Range: ₹23,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the frontline representative providing top-notch customer service and support to our international clientele. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service to international customers via telephone as a telecaller customer support representative.
- Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, to cater to our global client base.
- Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Seize the opportunity to learn and grow within the call center industry.

Qualifications:

- Any Graduation (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Total work: 0-1 year (Freshers are welcome)
- Customer service: 0-1 year (preferred)

Language Skills:

- English (required)
