**Job Title: Ecommerce Assistant**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented **Ecommerce Assistant**to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Online Orders**:

- Efficiently process incoming online orders through various platforms (e.g., e-commerce website, marketplaces).
- Accurately enter order details and manage order fulfilment.
- **Invoice Generation**:

- Generate accurate and timely invoices for all orders.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- **Order Tracking**:

- Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers.
- Resolve any order-related issues promptly and professionally.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns.
- On-board new customers effectively and provide them with necessary information and support.
- Actively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services.
- **Other Duties as Assigned**:

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with other sales and customer service tasks as needed.

**Qualification & Skills**:

- Grads/Post Grads in Marketing.
- 0-1 Year of experience/ fresher’s are welcomed too.
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
- Customer Service Orientation.
- Proficiency in Online Platforms & MS Tools.
- Problem-solving Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
