**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition**:Identify and approach potential E-commerce clients interested in our services.
Pitch our E-commerce solutions and onboard new clients.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

**Client Management**:Act as a key point of contact for E-commerce clients.
Build strong client relationships, understanding their needs and objectives.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

**Marketplace Knowledge**:Stay informed about various E-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jimart, and other relevant marketplaces.
Be aware of platform trends, policies, and best practices.

**Performance Improvement**:Collaborate with clients to optimize their product listings, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue for clients.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvements.

**Data Analysis**:Analyze sales data and customer insights to make data-driven decisions.
Use analytics tools to track and report on client performance.

**Marketing and Advertising**:Collaborate with clients on marketing and advertising campaigns on E-commerce platforms.
Assist clients in managing advertising budgets and monitor campaign performance.

**Compliance and Policy Adherence**:Ensure clients' listings are compliant with platform rules.
Stay current with E-commerce marketplace policies and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of E-commerce experience, preferably in an E-commerce agency setting.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and account management.
- Strong understanding of E-commerce market trends and platform-specific best practices.
- Proficiency in using E-commerce analytics tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
