**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **E-commerce Assistant** to join our team and manage day-to-day operations of our brand’s presence on Amazon and Myntra. This person will play a key role in ensuring our online sales channels are well-managed, optimized, and driving consistent growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end operations of our Amazon and Myntra seller accounts.
- Handle product listings, uploads, pricing updates, stock management, and order tracking.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and platform-specific advertisements to boost visibility and sales.
- Monitor account health, product performance, and competitor listings regularly.
- Coordinate with support teams for claim resolutions, returns, and customer queries.
- Assist in creating basic content including product titles, descriptions, keywords, and image coordination with the design team.
- Analyze sales reports, generate insights, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Stay updated on latest trends, platform policies, and best practices for growth.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce accounts, especially Amazon and/or Myntra.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, promotions, and ads.
- Familiarity with seller dashboards and reporting tools.
- Basic skills in content writing for product listings.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with fashion/lifestyle brands is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Canva, or other reporting/design tools.
