We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an E-commerce Assistant. In this role, you will support our e-commerce operations by assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of our online store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process customer orders and handle returns or exchanges
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist in analyzing sales data and trends to make informed decisions
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support the e-commerce team

**Skills**:

- Multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 0-1 years of relevant experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
