**Job Title: Junior Sales Executive**

**Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore**

**Department: Sales & Marketing**

**Reports To: Sales Manager**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition**:

- Identify potential clients through cold calling, site visits, and networking.
- Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospective buyers.

**Sales Process**:

- Assist in selling residential and/or commercial properties by showcasing features, benefits, and project details.
- Conduct site visits and guide clients through property tours.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Address client queries and provide after-sales support as needed.

**Market Research & Analysis**:

- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new project launches.
- Provide insights to the sales manager for strategic planning.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Assist clients with the booking process, documentation, and legal formalities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate periodic reports.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
**Education**: Graduate in any discipline (specialization in Marketing or Real Estate preferred).

**Experience**: 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

**Other Requirements**:

- Own a vehicle for travel (preferred but not mandatory).
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays, if required.
