*Key Responsibilities:*
Patient Interaction & Support:
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from patients and their families.
- Provide accurate information regarding appointments, treatment schedules, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with patients for timely scheduling and reminders of appointments.
Appointment & Calendar Management:
- Schedule and manage daily appointments for the Medical Oncologist.
- Maintain and update the doctor's calendar efficiently, ensuring minimum wait time for patients.
- Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and emergency consultations promptly.
- Executive Assistance to Medical Oncologist:
- Act as a reliable point of contact for the Medical Oncologist.
- Organize meetings, prepare documentation, and manage professional communications.
- Support in maintaining patient records, treatment notes, and confidential data.
Coordination with Internal Teams:
- Liaise with nursing staff, lab technicians, and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Assist in preparing daily consultation lists and tracking patient history and reports.
