1. *Monitor Online Presence:*
- Regularly track and monitor the company's online presence across various platforms.
- Conduct thorough online reputation assessments to identify areas of improvement.

2. *Feedback Analysis:*
- Analyze customer reviews, comments, and feedback on different online channels.
- Categorize feedback and identify trends to make data-driven recommendations.

3. *Response Management:*
- Craft and implement strategies for responding to both positive and negative online feedback.
- Engage with customers in a timely and professional manner to address concerns and highlight positive experiences.

4. *Content Development:*
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote positive content across digital platforms.
- Develop and publish engaging content that aligns with the brand's values and objectives.

5. *Social Media Management:*
- Manage and enhance the company's social media profiles to ensure a positive online presence.
- Monitor social media trends and respond proactively to potential issues.

6. *Collaboration:*
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer service, marketing, and public relations, to align ORM strategies with overall business goals.

7. *Reporting and Analysis:*
- Prepare regular reports on the company's online reputation, including key metrics and performance indicators.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in online reputation management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Familiarity with online analytics tools and social media monitoring platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving approach.

*Application Process:*

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
