**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to online reviews and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Up to date on the latest tools and their capabilities
- Monitor and analyze online reviews, feedback, and comments to identify areas of improvement
- Action on Negative/ Neutral/ Positive Mentions
- Ability to propose logical solutions as well as communicate them

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification: Graduate
- 1-2 years of experience in response management on various digital platforms
- Strong understanding of online marketing and social media strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
- Experience with customer handling techniques and writing responses
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
