We are urgently looking for **FRESHERS** for our ORM department. **Location: NOIDA, Delhi (Work From Office Only)**

**Paid Internship**

Responsibility:
- Monitoring the social handles & platforms across the web
- Monitoring is done through a tool + manually
- Posting responses to posts around the brand accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensuring the TAT expected by the client is maintained
- Making the brand experience better for a user who seems dissatisfied
- Clearing doubts an individual has about what the brand offers
- Acknowledging compliments & showcasing the same on-brand social media pages
- Response management is to be done smartly through a social media listening tool
- Sharing the brand comments in real-time with the brand managers (of the respective brand)
- Categorization of the data & deriving meaningful analysis. Sharing the same with the brand
- Perform research into our clients’ industries and provide actionable tips and advice for expanding their reach in the digital space

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
