The ORM Executive will be responsible for monitoring and managing the online reputation of our clients. Daily tasks include tracking brand sentiment, responding to customer feedback, handling reviews, and creating reports on online performance. The ORM Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for improving brand reputation.QualificationsExperience in Online Reputation Management, Social Media Monitoring, and Brand Sentiment AnalysisSkills in Responding to Customer Feedback, Handling Online Reviews, and Crisis ManagementProficiency in Data Analysis, Report Creation, and Performance TrackingStrong Communication and Interpersonal SkillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficientlyBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fieldExperience in the advertising industry is an advantage\
