Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented
Deputy Manager – Marketing & Communications
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should bring hands-on experience in
social media marketing, content creation, SEO, ORM, PR, and campaign management
, with a strong understanding of
hospitality branding and pre-opening marketing
.
This role requires a
strategic and creative professional
with a flair for storytelling, strong analytical abilities, and a
keen eye for detail
—capable of managing everything from digital presence and content to photo/video shoots and agency coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Content Strategy
- Plan and manage the brand's presence across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Create and implement content calendars aligned with the brand's tone, key events, and campaigns.
- Develop high-quality, visually engaging content in collaboration with creative and design teams.
- Maintain a consistent voice and narrative across all digital and offline communication.
2. Digital Marketing, SEO & Analytics
- Drive organic growth by optimizing website content and metadata in line with SEO best practices.
- Manage paid campaigns via Meta Business Suite and other ad platforms to increase reach and conversions.
- Track key metrics and deliver detailed reports on engagement, leads, and campaign ROI.
3. ORM (Online Reputation Management)
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews and feedback across digital platforms including TripAdvisor, Google, and OTAs.
- Coordinate with hotel teams to address guest concerns promptly and maintain a positive online reputation.
- Identify sentiment trends and suggest proactive measures for service or communication improvement.
4. Pre-Opening & Campaign Management
- Lead marketing efforts for pre-opening hotels including positioning, storytelling, creative asset development, and digital launch plans.
- Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns for openings, seasonal offers, and brand-level initiatives.
- Work closely with PR and digital agencies to ensure cohesive execution and maximum visibility.
5. Shoots & Photography
- Conceptualize and oversee photoshoots and video shoots for hotels, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics.
- Collaborate with production teams, influencers, and photographers to capture property highlights and experiences.
- Curate visual assets for use across social media, website, and marketing collateral.
6. PR, Collaborations & Agency Management
- Coordinate with PR partners to manage media outreach, press releases, and coverage for brand and property stories.
- Handle collaborations with influencers, content creators, and digital agencies to amplify brand reach.
- Review and approve creative work, ensuring quality, tone, and design consistency.
7. Analytical Thinking & Reporting
- Use insights and data-driven analysis to improve campaign effectiveness and social media performance.
- Prepare performance dashboards and present key findings to leadership.
- Continuously benchmark competitors and suggest new trends or formats for engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in hospitality marketing or lifestyle brands.
- Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and ORM platforms.
- Strong creative judgment with an eye for detail, aesthetics, and brand consistency.
- Experience in photo/video shoot management and pre-opening hotel marketing preferred.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Analytical, agile, and able to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
