Job Title: Deputy Manager/Manager

Department: Research & Development

Summary:

We seek a highly technical and results-driven Deputy Manager or Manager to oversee key formulation projects within our R&D Department. This role requires an established subject matter expert with proven experience in end-to-end product development, from raw material selection to final technical documentation and customer presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and formulate cutting-edge personal care and cosmetic products at the lab scale.
  • Lead comprehensive stability testing, performance evaluation studies, and detailed technical documentation.
  • Evaluate and qualify novel raw materials to ensure product efficacy and performance.
  • Create and deliver compelling technical presentations on products and formulations for internal teams and key customers.
  • Serve as the primary technical consultant for the Sales team and external clients, providing in-depth product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Cosmetics Science, Chemistry, or a closely related scientific field.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of hands-on, progressive experience in R&D, specifically focused on the formulation and development of cosmetics and personal care products.
