Job Description
SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
The Deputy Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various aspects of project
management activities within the organization. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional
teams to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope and schedule. The
Deputy Manager Project Manager assists in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder
communication to drive project success. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-
solving skills, along with keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
End-to-End Program and Project Management.
Meeting stakeholders for requirement gathering, understanding and solutioning.
Simplifying the process through digitalization and automation along with infusing technologies.
Creating, discussion and explanation (Walk through) of Business Requirement Document to
stakeholders.
FDD (Functional Design Document) discussions with stakeholders
Facilitating various strategies roll outs along with consultants.
Functional Testing of various digital projects to identify bugs in the system and reporting them in a
structured manner for fixes.
- Definition & Standardization of business structures, rules, and logics for Sales processes in Greenlam
that can be leveraged across applications through interaction with various stakeholders across all
functional teams.
Ensuring smooth integration of existing applications
Woking on the New Features/ Functionalities and Change in the existing Features/ Functionalities
based on various feedback from stakeholders.
Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution,
and reporting the results to the relevant people.

Accountable for Operation excellence for seamless business process executions.
Ensure User Adoption of Information systems.
User training and Knowledge transition - Creation of user manuals - Demo training sessions - Hand holding till users are independent. Continuous Training of various digital projects - Handling PAN India employee query related, incoming calls from senior management, employees & internal stakeholders. QUALIFICATION AND SKILL SET - Expertise in CRM and prior experience in Salesforce CRM platform working & implementation. - Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities. - Proficient on MS Excel & Power point - Team player & ability to meet tight deadlines and outstanding time management skills. - Excellent communication skills as he/she will need to speak with Senior management, employees, and internal stakeholders. - Sales Backend Process knowledge - Should have worked in Manufacturing company & have good understanding of Building Material Industry - Experience of project management tools is an advantage. - Good Understanding of requirements analysis definition and specification process - Design Thinking - Business Process Mapping (BPMN tools like Bizagi, Lucidchart) - Change Management Frameworks (e.g., ADKAR) - Stakeholder Communication & Risk Management - Website CMS Platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager) - Chatbots & Conversational AI (Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework) - Mobile App Delivery Strategies - Cyber Security Awareness Summary: Should-Know Technology Buckets
