Experience Required:
 3–7 years

Salary Range:
 ₹4 LPA – ₹6 LPA

Working Days:
 5.5 days/week (2 Saturdays off per month)

Office Timings:
 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to develop effective 
    social media strategies
     that align with overall marketing, PR, and advertising efforts.
  • Research 
    industry trends
    , top influencers, and competitor strategies to inform content and campaign development.
  • Create and publish 
    timely, engaging, and platform-optimized content
     targeted to the intended audience.
  • Plan, execute, and manage 
    digital marketing campaigns
     across multiple channels, including 
    SMM, SEO, SEM, mobile marketing
    , and 
    paid social
     to meet lead-generation goals.
  • Oversee 
    offline marketing initiatives
     including 
    ATL/BTL activities
    , such as media planning, TV interviews, print ads, hoardings, and more.
  • Monitor and manage 
    SEO / SEM / SMM / ORM / PPC & E-Commerce
     strategies.
  • Measure and report performance metrics of all digital marketing campaigns, deriving actionable insights for optimization.
  • Drive innovation and lead digital initiatives to 
    expand the client's digital footprint
     and enhance 
    brand visibility
    .
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with end-to-end accountability from planning to execution.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain high-quality 
    brand positioning
     across all channels.
  • Stay up to date with evolving digital trends and best practices to keep campaigns competitive and impactful.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven 
    experience in digital marketing
     and client account management.
  • Expertise in developing and executing 
    multi-platform digital marketing strategies
    .
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage 
    long-term and simultaneous projects
    .
  • Solid understanding of various marketing channels including 
    SEM, email marketing, UX
    , and 
    sales enablement
    .
  • Proficient in web analytics tools and digital KPIs.
  • Excellent 
    verbal and written communication
     skills.
  • Proficiency in 
    PowerPoint
     is a must – ability to create engaging client presentations.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
