**Role Overview**: As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm and welcoming environment. Your role will encompass a variety of front desk and administrative responsibilities, ensuring that client experiences are seamless and positive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Meet and greet clients, ensuring a friendly atmosphere and anticipating their needs.
- **Front Desk Management**: Handle inquiries efficiently and manage various front desk tasks.
- **Administrative Duties**: Oversee housekeeping, pantry management, safety measures, and general office upkeep.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Guide external vendors and agencies, addressing any disruptions promptly.

- **Problem Solving**: Demonstrate a proactive attitude in resolving issues that may affect client experience.
- **Inventory Management**: Act as the go-to person for all inventory matters, maintaining contacts for office supplies and services.
- **Safety Protocols**: Ensure compliance with safety measures and readiness of first aid and emergency materials.
- **Awareness of Current Affairs**: Monitor news and social situations, keeping management informed of any pertinent issues.
- **Event Planning**: Coordinate and creatively plan festive events within budget.
- **Experience Center Tours**: Provide tours of the experience center as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or Diploma, with 5-8 years of experience in client relations, preferably handling high-net-worth individuals in a luxury brand environment (hospitality or aviation experience also considered).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and presence of mind.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Leadership and effective problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about client servicing with keen attention to detail.
- A good listener with a resourceful approach.
