**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. As a receptionist, you will greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and provide general administrative support to the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greeting and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth front-desk operations
- Manage office supplies and report stock needs to management
- Enforce security procedures by monitoring logbooks or issuing visitor badges
**Requirements**:
- Any graduate
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service attitude and a professional appearance
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, phone systems)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
