Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing communication strategies to strengthen brand image and increase awareness of solutions, products, and services.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including lead generation and nurturing through Salesforce Pardot.
- Create and/or localize marketing content such as eBooks, banners, and other campaign assets.
- Plan, select, and manage appropriate advertising media, and measure effectiveness of campaigns.
- Organize and manage exhibitions and events, from preparation to onsite execution.
- Collaborate closely with the Life Business Sales team and Marketing team in Japan headquarters to align strategies and ensure consistency.

Requirements (preferred)
- Experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or promotion activities.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Salesforce Pardot experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams.
