**Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and execution-focused Tender Manager / Tender Executive to join our team and work closely with our internal Tender Task Force (a 4-member team) to manage end-to-end tender processes — right from discovery to execution.

This role is best suited for a self-starter with strong ownership, research, and project management skills, who has a knack for navigating both government and private procurement systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Tender Discovery & Shortlisting**
- Regularly monitor and identify suitable government and private tenders across multiple platforms
- Maintain a structured record/database of all relevant tenders
- Study eligibility, qualification criteria, and financial implications for each tender

**Tender Preparation & Submission**
- Coordinate with team to prepare technical and financial bid documents
- Assist in document collation, legal paperwork, certifications, and other formalities
- Ensure timely and error-free submission of tenders

**Team Formation & Task Assignment**
- Identify internal or external teams needed for execution
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal departments
- Ensure timely onboarding and alignment of roles

**Tracking & Project Management**
- Track tender progress from submission to awarding
- Once awarded, help plan, allocate, and monitor ongoing tasks
- Prepare and update project dashboards, cost sheets, and timeline trackers
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality of deliverables

**Coordination & Communication**
- Serve as a liaison between management, task force, vendors, and clients
- Schedule and drive regular follow-ups, team meetings, and updates
- Prepare reports and MIS for internal review

**Required Skills & Qualities**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English + Hindi/Marathi)
- Strong research and documentation skills
- Proven track record of handling tasks independently
- High-level proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer or handling client-facing projects is a strong plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative

**Educational Qualification**
- Bachelor’s Degree (any stream, with preference to Management / Commerce / Engineering)
- Master’s Degree is a plus but not mandatory

**Training & Onboarding**

**Bonus (Preferred but not Mandatory)**
- Prior experience with GEM portal, eProcurement sites, or private sector tendering
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and cost estimation
- Experience in profile building or proposals on Upwork/Freelancer-like platforms
