Field Marketing & Sales Executive - Construction Materials

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and building materials sector.
- Visit construction sites, builders, developers, and distributors regularly to promote products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, site engineers, architects, and dealers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at customer sites.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, technical support) to ensure timely delivery and service.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales data, and reporting.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of local construction market and customer base is an added advantage.
- Valid driver's license and ability to commute to different client locations.
**Preferred Products Knowledge (Optional)**:
- Roofing sheets, Concrete Mixture, lifting hoist machine, crash barrier, Scaffolding, Prop Jacks.
