You will be working as RE Applications PMO and will be reporting to FP&A CoE Hub Business Area Lead and will be a part of GBS located in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for providing reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budget and forecasts in order to support ABB Group management and other stakeholders at various organization levels in decision making processes

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leading the establishment and further development/implementation of all Real Estate tools
- Acting as first point of contact for ABB’s Global Management Approval System (GMAS) within the global Real Estate organization

**Your background**:

- University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration/Economics, Information Systems, or mathematical field such as Statistics, Operations Research, Actuarial Science or Applied Mathematics
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in a professional environment of multi-national corporations
- Relevant experience in Project Management, with focus on IS projects/processes
- Expertise and knowledge within Real Estate as an asset
