We combine technology with a network of highly trained professionals to provide mediation, arbitration, and other forms of dispute resolution. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Co-Founders in managing their day-to-day activities and ensuring smooth operations.
**Job Summary**:
Oversee daily transcription operations, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and timely delivery of transcripts. Lead a team of transcriptionists, editors, and support staff to achieve business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Management**:
1. Supervise transcription production, ensuring meeting deadlines and quality standards.
2. Manage workflow, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
3. Develop and implement processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and security protocols.
5. Respond to client requests to review and correct transcripts post delivery
6. Support in transcribing the hearing
**Team Management**:
1. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of transcriptionists, editors, and support staff.
2. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
3. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and address performance issues.
**Quality Assurance**:
1. Establish and maintain quality standards for transcripts.
2. Implement quality control processes and audits.
3. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
4. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
**Technical and Infrastructure Management**:
1. Oversee transcription software, hardware, and infrastructure.
2. Ensure technical compatibility and integration.
3. Troubleshoot technical issues, collaborating with IT support.
4. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
5. Maintain records, reports, and metrics for performance evaluation.
**Strategic Planning and Growth**:
1. Contribute to strategic planning, identifying opportunities for growth.
2. Develop and implement growth initiatives.
3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to expand services.
4. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in transcription services as a transcriber and/or managing transcription.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with transcription software and technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
**Desirable Skills**:
- Knowledge of quality management principles.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
