Upwork Executive

Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new projects on Upwork
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients on Upwork
- Ensure the timely completion of projects
- Coordinate with team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
- Provide regular progress updates to clients
- Monitor project budgets and ensure profitability
- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments in Upwork platform
- Develop and implement strategies to improve our Upwork profile and increase visibility
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective proposals and bids
- Manage dispute resolution and negotiate terms with clients
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience working on Upwork or other freelancing platforms
- Proven track record of successfully securing and completing projects on Upwork
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Familiarity with Upwork policies and procedures
**Salary**: ₹12,887.68 - ₹32,179.41 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Flexible shift
- Night shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
