**Customer Support Executive(Collection) Responsibilities**:

- Make collection calls and achieve targets
- Responsible for completing call Onboarding process of customer base
- Resolving customer complaints on the front end and escalating to reporting authorities following escalation matrices within TAT
- Responsible for customer feedback and goodwill ratings
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Following KRA and KPI’s set for the team and the changes made from time to time
- Quick learner to grasp product knowledge to enhance customer support

**Requirements**:

- Graduate with a minimum of 1-year experience as a Client Service Representative or as tele caller in any industry
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Added advantage on familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience from any EdTech based would be an added advantage
- Freshers with creativity, critical thinking, and analytical skills can also be considered

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kochi - 682019, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
