**Position Title**: Sales and Marketing Executive
**Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Planning**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans that align with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand industry trends, and analyze competitor activities.
- **Sales & Business Development**:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our products/services.
- **Marketing & Brand Management**:
- Develop and manage the creation of engaging marketing content, including case studies, brochures, and website copy.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve future efforts.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as a key point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Proven experience (1-3 years) in a sales or marketing role, with a strong track record of achieving and surpassing targets.
- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Core Competencies**:
- **Excellent Communication**: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. The ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
